Open to all levels and ages, beginners and pregnant women (from the 4th month) are welcome
£8 per class (2nd class in a week £5)
Kids welcome (accompanied), £3 for under 16s
No booking required. Mats available.
In these hatha yoga classes we heal the body and mind as we practise poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility. As we exercise muscles, ligaments and tendons, we focus on normal breathing, improving the spine and work deeply into the systems of the body to reduce stress and promote a freer flow of energy through the nervous system. We end the class with a deep relaxation. With regular practise you make deep changes, as you strengthen the connection between body, mind and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
